Our Process

WESPAC's Five Step Investment Process

First, we understand what market environment we are operating in by using important technical indicators, like Bullish Percent charts.  To learn more about the technical anlaysis we use click on the image to request your free Point and Figure Report.

Next, we review the relative strength of various market sectors to determine which sectors have the best performance potential.  

Then we look at the top performing individual securities (stocks, bonds or ETFs) in the top performing sectors.  Again, we use relative strength tools to identify the top performers.

Once top performing securities have been identified through relative strength analysis, we review their fundamentals to ensure they are sound.  We then select "the best of the best" to put into our portfolios.  

Finally, we constantly monitor the overall market, the individual sectors of the market and the securities in those sectors.  We make changes to our portfolios as warranted by our analysis, including building large defensive positions in fixed income and cash when risk is extreme.
